So much cheaper whereas COL in SG is so unbearable that even business here folding up becoz lack of local support, majority all not spending here but go north throw their SGDs

Gov can lower down cost so that people here find things cheaper than JB and reverse the flow of consumers, even getting msians flock over this side to 消費 instead and business will not suffer.

Doesnt matter, it is survival... I actually have been saving lots more money this way.... Very happy can cut cost. Just a simple bottle of detergen i save avg S$3, and that's for only 1 item

I mean how much cheaper? For example a Sensodyne toothpaste cost $9.50 SGD locally, from Guardian store how much would it cost in Guardian store in JB?

Every kg of rice/chicken/oil/essentials that citizens buy, will have rebate?
$$ come from where?

Manpower cost too high? Impose income ceiling for all jobs across the board?
Rental too high? Impose rental ceiling on all commercial spaces? Is it doable?
Enact law that businesses cannot earn too much?
Please suggest, I also want cheaper stuff here
