actually JB de condo why the mcst like dont want to paint the building look nicer?

i stay in JB condo AIR BNB
then the unit not bad
the facilities are very nice
but is always the building outside paint very jialat
the corridor also some got smell
i see they also got AGM and MCST but why they dont want to paint or maintain a bit?

Because only 1/4 or 1/2 are occupied/bought? Can't cover maintenance costs lol

Boleh’s standard is like that one.

Moi went to Genting recently. Some improvements like a smoking room inside the casino but people are still smoking around the toilet and drink stations.

And the drink stations are yucky - smelly and poorly maintained.

Moi wonder why our gahman gave the Sentosa casino bid to Genting last time.
