ADB devices not detected

Is there a way for me to access the files inside my android devices besides using ADB command. After injecting a custom ROM application for the phone, i think i crashed the phone as it will not start up and my './adb devices' does not detect the device either. I have no way to enter the shell unit T^^

PS. one of my colleague say she suspect it was an LCD issue but i highly doubt so seriously. Any suggestion why it will not start up?

I am currently injecting the firmware on a Ruggear740 model phone! Thx
