Adblock issues for safari

I have downloaded this extension call ADBLOCK (Hand sign logo), however i am still having issues with twitch and youtube etc, i still receive ADS, which is irritating, any solution for it?

Those ads is from youtube itself... Think there is no way fro you to really block it..

are those ads you see on Youtube pop-up ads? AdBlock only prevents pop-up or pop-under windows from appearing, and will not block the Flash or HTML5 ads commonly seen on many sites..

As far as for windows, it is able to block, i am able to block ads for firefox and chrome, but i prefer safari as my browser.. But when i use, it doesn't really help.... the ads come from streams, etc like when the stream is going on, halfway through pop up will come by
