Additional baggage for Asiana airlines

Anyone knows how much issit to add on additional baggage for Asiana airline?

Can't seem to find it on their website. Only mention excess baggage.

That is excess baggage. Full carriers do not allow you to add on baggage like budget carriers, they give you a certain allowance and if you exceed then have to pay extra.

additional 1kg is about 10sgd ...
if you exceed the luggage limit ...

Some full-service airlines like Thai Airways and EMIRATES do allow you to buy additional prepaid baggage or pay for excess baggage online with a discount.

Prices varies fro different routes and also may only be available from certain stations / airports.

Asiana does not seem to have this option.

Yeah i saw that link. They put it as any excess will cost about SGD100++. seems like i cant purchase extra baggage at a cheaper rate for asiana.

Forget about it - cost per kilo in overweight bag makes it completely prohibitive. You might end up better if you can add extra bag up to the bag weight limit - 15/20kg.

Okay. I did additional research and realise ppl are sending their stuff back via post. Might use that as an alternative.

i rem i paid almost sgd200-300 for excess luggage weight. cant rem 5 or 10kg
fined at the counter but thats many yrs back
