Addon PCIe SATA 3 card

Is it worth getting a $50 PCI Express Card 2x USB 3.0 2x SATA III card
for my M/B that only support SATA II? Not changing my comp anytime as
still perform good with my Intel SSD SATA II 80GB and WD SATAII HDD.
Going to get SATA III SSD or Hard Disk but will there be any big difference
from connecting to my current M/B or to the PCIe SATA III card?
Like to hear from those who used addon SATA III card.

no not worth it... many operations in your system depends on random read/write (small files read and write), and random read/write is not able to saturate SATA II yet... SATA III is only good for big files where sequential read/write would be affected by the SATA II limitations... in fact, many people have been complaining about slower boot ups when using their mobo's SATA III port (marvel 9128 controller) compared to Intel's SATA II port...

Not worth if you're getting for performance, but for more ports, just get those generic ones from eBay, ~$15 only.
