cpu: the g3258 may not be the best, but with great overclocking potential, its a great cpu for a budget gamer, even though its only a measly dual core. would have wanted to recommend you an i3 or x4 860k, but since you're mostly playing dota, the pentium should be more than good enough.
mobo: it dosen't have much features, but its low price makes it a good value if you don't need any extra features. if you do need more usb slots or a pci slot(for some reason), you can opt for the h81m-e35 for $188(with cpu) instead.
graphics card: for dota 2, the gtx 950 should be enough for ultra at 1080p while more demanding games should be playable at mid-high settings. with a price of $212.50 with mastercard monday and a 5 year warranty, its hard to beat for the price.
ram: only ram capacity really matters in games, and since most games only need up to 8gb now(you will need more in the future, but not now), a regular 8gb stick of ram should do you well for now.
ssd+hdd: the ssd is there as a boot drive for a more responsive feel while the hdd is there for storing games, pics, movies and non essential apps. would have went with a hybrid and focused the $ on a gtx 960 but since you are mostly playing dota, i went with this and the gtx 950 instead.
psu: the hexa+ 450w is a reliable psu at a low price, and since the gtx 950 dosen't need much power, a 450w model will be more than enough for your pc. if you intend to upgrade to a more power-hungry graphics card in the future, you can choose to get the 550w model for $10 more.
case: this is the component where you can skimp the most and just get the cheapest headway/vios case for $24 at cashtronic, but since the microtron still fits in your budget and looks nice(that and the headway/vios cases suck), i went with this case for you.
lazada: reason why i choose to get most of the parts at lazada is because prices for parts there tend to be cheaper compared to sls prices(especially with promo codes) so i used lazada for most of your parts.
