hi ppl. looking to get a comp.
can run adobe suit, dreamweaver and do some photoshop.
no need OS, monitor , keyboard & mouse.
budget is $700.

any recommendation ?

The hd4600 on the chip should works fine, unless u wan to light gaming ?
