Bro some advice:

1.Go for a cheaper board (I.e H81/B85) if there are still stocks and if you do not use functions on H97 for cost savings. (~330, any H81 board with i5 4460 CPU)

2. 280X @ 400 is hardly enticing. Perhaps go for either a cheap Zotac/Palit GTX 970 at 450-480 if not R9 390 at slight north of 500. (~450-550 for gpu)

3. I think FSP Aurum 500w would be a better choice at this price point. (~89 dollars for said PSU)

4. V300 is a bad SSD. Go for something more reliable like EVO850/MX200? Higher capacity more bang for your buck; cheaper per GB. Imo/240-256GB is the real sweet spot. Look out for discounts from Lazada. (~120 for evo850 250gb, this morning's discount haven't subtract 10% MasterCard Monday and 2.5% shopback)

5. Casing wise, budget would go for CM N200/400. Otherwise, if budget allows, go for Define R5 for increased functionality and storage options. (~150-169 for R5)

6. You don't really need additional fans unless temps goes really high for some weird reason.

I know I may blow your budget Haha but 1200 with Gtx 970 is quite a challenge.
