What is the best off-the-shelf AI workstation I can get with a budget of SGD10k?

Do you recommend mobile or desktop?
I notice the mobile has the RTX 6080 range in gaming laptop but when they are under workstation category, they only offer the lower range of RTX 5000 Ada.

I notice for the desktop range, they offer A6000 series which I am not sure is better compared to RTX 6080 range.

What do you want the AI workstation for? 'Workstation' usually means a 'desktop' like machine (obviously cannot be a laptop).
How much GPU VRAM and CPU RAM you need for your application?
A6000 series are the professional GPUs, RTX are consumer grade GPUs, not sure whether professional grade will be more durable or not.
Need big casings with strong fans, can be pretty noisy for such AI workstation, make sure you don't on when you go to sleep or do not put it in your bedroom if you on it 24 hours a day.
