Advice needed for Budget Rig.

Hi all,

Happy holidays. This time I am seeking advice for my friend's budget rig.

Uses
- Office work. (Words,Excel etc)
- Multiple windows open in browser
- Mostly facebook and browser based gaming.
- Watching movies.

Do not need Monitor and OS. Doesn't mind onboard graphic as his gaming don't need dedicated card. Prefer ITX or Matx.

Budget - $500

Can recommend parts and a place to get it with assembly. He will not be self assembling.

Both.

Mostly streaming as he likes to watch movie and play multiple browser based game at same time.
