Posted this in buyer's guide, but was not getting any responses, so i felt better to create new thread.

Looking to create a rig for $1.5k, capable of playing most recent games at high settings at 1080p (Eg: Skyrim, Bioshock Infinite). Should also handle occasional schoolwork that involve Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

I am also considering trying to make this build a dual-boot hackintosh in the future, but if it's too troublesome then please advise.

No need include OS, mouse, keyboard and monitor, ODD.

Parts so far:
GIGABYTE GA-Z77-DS3H + I5-3570K
KINGSTON PC3-1600 DDR3 x2
PLEXTOR 128GB M5S
WD 1TB BLUE
GIGABYTE GTX 760 2GB + SEASONIC M12II 620W (bundle at tradepac)
XIGMATEK ASGARD PRO

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for all the input so far.

Finalizing rig:

GIGABYTE GA-Z77-D3H + I5-3570K ($437)
KINGSTON PC3-1600 DDR3 x2 ($78)
PLEXTOR 128GB M5S($139)
WD 1TB BLUE ($81)
GIGABYTE GTX 760 2GB + SEASONIC M12II 620W (bundle, $505)
XIGMATEK ASGARD PRO ($68)
XIGMATEK GAIA ($37)

Total: $1345, buy at tradepac

Also, any better casings to recommend? Don't like the fact that this only has 1x 3.0 USB for front panel I/O.

NZXT Phantom 410 at ~ $154. If looking at a price closer to the Asgard Pro, maybe Sharkoon T28 at ~ $86.
