Advice on blue screen

I keep getting blue screen with my current ryzen first gen build whenever I play l4d2.
Also, start up time is incredibly long. Took perhaps 3mins and it always skip the bios setup. Like my monitor will remain blank until it reach the windows login screen. Even when I keep hitting the button to get into bios setup, it always fail to enter in there.

Is this because of ryzen first gen problem? It makes me very afraid of building another ryzen build again.

Next time you able to reproduce the problem, do a snapshot of your Blue screen (using your smartphone). And you can actually force PC to enter BIOS from Windows 10 Boot Options Menu.

Nothing to do with the Ryzen CPU, either the MB , DRAM, HDD, PSU or Win10.
It's also very common on intel, been getting BSOD on a new Lenovo intel i9 laptop 1 time/day, after adding another 16GB sodimm. So far Ryzen 3900x is rock solid, even after OC.

You can try reset win10 to rule out operating system driver issues.

Disconnect your peripherals one by one until you find the culprit. Often I found is disk drives, but one case it was a keyboard.

On some motherboards with fast boot enabled, they are unable to enter BIOS (now UEFI) with Del key, you have to use Windows's boot to UEFI command.

Maybe your hdd or ssd have problem. Try running error checking to check your hdd/ssd.
