Advice on gaming build

Hi HWZ,

I am looking to build a custom PC with a budget of 1.8k.

Apart from the full PC, I would also like to buy a monitor of around 24 inches, OS needed. Would like to purchase everything from one shop in SLS. Looking to play more graphically intensive games like Witcher 3 and GTA V. Is it possible to have an ITX build, otherwise MATX is fine.

Prices quoted from PC theme or otherwise stated. If you ask PC theme to fix up the rig for you, it will add a little bit into it but definitely still within budget.
