I would do Danshui on a Friday or Saturday. I think the band performs only on Friday and Saturday, but can't be sure.

Or try this: 海味海產店. Saw it being intro on 食尚玩家. Not far from the keelung train stn. Cheap and good. I have intentions to try it when I go keelung.
