Advice on itinerary

I'm going for 10 days 9 nights in Oct by Scoot, so will arrive early morning.
Please help to see if my itinerary is fine. Everywhere by public transport.

Day 1 (Wed) - Straight to Cingjing- Hotel - Sheep farm - Carton King dinner
Day 2 (Thurs)- Taichung hotel, Yizhong street, Fengjia NM
Day 3 (Fri) - SML (early morning) - Fengjia NM
Day 4 (Sat)- Taipei hotel (XMD) - Beitou hot spring - Shilin NM
Day 5 (Sun) - Jiufen - Shifen (Sky lantern) - Miaokou NM. Is it possible if i didnt book a taxi driver?
Day 6 (Mon) - Taipei 101 - Wufenpu - Raohe NM
Day 7 (Tue) - ????
Day 8 (Wed) - Maokong - Zoo - Shenkeng for smelly tofu
Day 9 (Thurs) - Danshui - Lungshan Temple - Huaxi St NM
Day 10 (Fri) - Return Singapore @ 7pm

I want to ask if Sunday for Jiufen is ok? And please help me add 1 day activity please

Day 5 is ok if go by public transport, I took bus and train too.

Day 7 you can consider a few places like xinyi district (near tp101), zhongxiao fuxing/dunhua area (sogo & that hipster street), taipei university, CKS memorial hall ect..

Do Beitou with Danshui followed by Shilin. Can add in Bali and Fisherman's Wharf if there's time in the afternoon (with Danshui).

Taipei 101 + Yangmingshan or Yangmingshan + Shilin.
