Hi all, planning to use the setup below to replace my 4 year old pc. Budget of around 2.3k. Going to get from mynextcom sometime next week. Games I play are csgo, dota 2 and possibly bf4/titanfall.

CPU: i5-4570
MB : Asrock Fatal1ty B85 Killer
DVD drive: Samsung Internal 24x DvD+-RW (SH-224)
Hard drive: WD 1TB (Caviar Green)
SSD: Crucial M500 480GB
Graphic card: Gigabyte GV-N780GHZ-3GD
Case: Corsair Carbide Series 500R
PSU: Seasonic M12II-750 80+ Bronze Modular
OS: Win 8 64
Ram: reusing 8gb kingston valueram 1600mhz (Is there a point in getting ram with higher speed?)

Any parts I should change? Any advice is appreciated !:)

Can consider arc midi r2, define r4, air 540, 750d, 350d.

Go for r9 290 instead of 780. More value worth.

NO need so high 750w. 600w will do. If superflower hx600w dun have, den try seasonic G650W, m12ii 650w, RM 650w.

Do you need 480gb ssd? If not, get 240 from amazon will do.

Thanks for your advice. Now considering between define r4 or 350d. The define r4 looks a little wide though.
I think I will stick with the 780 because I prefer nvidia over amd. Regarding the psu, should I get a 750w in case I plan to upgrade to a more powerful card in the future?
Went with the 480gb ssd because I find that 240 gb is too little. Don't seem to have any 300+gb ones that are cheap.

R4 is for silence. 350d can only support mATX, ITX whereas r4 can support ATX, mATX and ITX.

If you are going for single card, 600-650w is enough. If going for dual SLI, then 750-850w psu and z87 mobo is needed.

Since u feel that 240gb is nt enough, den go for 480gb.

for psu, 600 enough for future single card upgrade. However if you want to sli in the future, it is more advisable to get 850w 80plus gold.

Another case you can consider is Corsair 330R.

You can go for 240GB SSD and 2TB/3TB HDD.
