Advice on PC build

Mobo & CPU: (Asus H81M-D PLUS or Asrock H81M-HDS?) + I5-4460
Ram: Kingston 1600MHZ Value Ram 8GB x 2
PSU: Superflower Leadex 750W Gold
GPU: Sapphire R9 290x (Lazada, already bought)
SSD: Crucial BX100 250GB
HDD: W.D BLue 1TB
Case: Corsair 350D (MATX Case)

Reusing Win 7 and ODD. which MOBO should i go with and why? Is there any better options or advice? Thanks!

It's going to be for Dragon Age, Skyrim, COH2, Simcity, D3, BF4, SC2.

I intend to play them on the highest setting possible. Is it wise to watercool the GPU?

And I tend to open many programs and tabs, so I thought of just getting 16GB RAMs since the mobo can only support up to 16GB.

I have doubts over the Mobo and PSU i should choose.

looks good to me... as for mobo choose Asus H81M-D PLUS... but actually no diff from asrock....

My PC HP envy 700-292d just spoilt and I replace the motherboard with asus H81M-D Plus. I have gigabyte 970 mini-itx. When playing battlefield 4, the temperature monitor after a short while say motherboard overheat to 100Ç and the game is interupted. Any setting or thing I need to do?
