Looking to custom build a PC Gaming Rig. Will be getting all the parts from PC Themes as I need them to assemble as well.

Criteria:
--Can play The Division, Witcher 3 and The Sims 4 as well as future games on medium to high settings.

--Only the CPU, does not need monitor, keyboard or mouse etc.

--Not looking to overclock anything.

--Budget 1.5k to 2k and will up a little if needed.

--Aim to keep the system temperature as low as possible as my room do not have air con. Is Liquid Cooling or Air Cooling better??

Parts (Need Suggestions)
Case - Prefer it to have excellent airflow and transparent side.
Motherboard - Prefer Asus
Power Supply - Seasonic or Superflower
CPU - Intel Core i5 6600 or i7
Cooling -
GPU - GTX 980
RAM -
Storage - Samsung Evo 850 500GB M.2
Audio -

Any advice/suggestions is definitely appreciated :)

can consider this:
cpu and mobo:i5 6500 and b150m-d3h $456
graphics card:r9 390x g1 gaming $675
ram:g.skill ddr4 2400 8gb valueram(black pcb)$77
ssd:samsung 850 evo 500gb $259
hdd:toshiba 1tb $65
psu:seasonic m12ii 620w $115
case:corsair air 540 $195
total:$1842
all prices from pcthemes. do ask around for price quotes and discount before buying.
for cpu temps, no need to be as low as possible if you're not overclocking, anything below 80 degrees celsius is considered safe, which the stock cooler should be fine with.
