Was looking around for a simple notebook with big screen size for basic usage like surfing net and watching youtube at affordable pricing less than $800.

Then came across All-in-One touchscreen PC which is also below $800. Got attracted by the larger screen size at 21.5".

My usage:
- Mainly for elderly(thats why notebook need 15.6") use at home to surf net, youtube, mainly facebook and perhaps simple MS words.
- Will not be carrying around, use only in room.
- Need DVD slot for playing music, movies, burn disc if needed.

Any bro here can share your opinion/experience if notebook is better or AIO touchscreen PC in this usage type? any pros and cons for each type?

Is AIO Touchscreen really helpful for windows OS?
Or better not to get a touchscreen type AIO PC?

Hope you guys share your view.
