advise on graphics card

Hi,
I own a Compaq Presario SR5289CF Desktop PC. Old, I know... :s13:

It runs a ASUS ipibl-la motherboard, and Intel GMA3100 graphics. I have 4GB of Memory, and running Win 7 32bit.
The Intel Graphics is not good enough for me to play some online games, so was thinking of adding a Graphics card.

I was looking at ASUS 210-1GD3-L or ASUS GT610-1GD3-L; not sure if they are compatible for the motherboard.

Anybody got any advise?

What online games you looking at now? Your power supply is more of an issue though..
