Aeroplane vs Car

How come with today's technology, start up a plane cannot be as simple as car ?

Why need generator and still need to warm up ? I watch those air force scramble videos, take so long to get to the air ..

If planes are not complex machines they wouldn't cost so super ex liao

some mission critical aircraft use explosive charge to spin/start the engine, can start faster than the conventional ways

but I think it is quite siong to the engine thus not common on other types of aircraft
