iOS 7 now groups videos into 2 categories: Movie and Home Video.
Under Movie, video has no thumbnail, no title or other info, only Art Works which is supposed to be added by you. Videos under Movie are countered in general / usage / video.
Under Home Video, it will auto-generate thumbnail for you, it also shows title and other info, but videos under Home Video are NOT countered in general / usage / video.
To change between Movie and Home Video, go to iTunes, Get Info / Options / Media Kind, once your video's Media Kind is changed to Movie, you should be able to see it in usage.
