was wondering if I could get some opinions on this.
I booked a hotel in Malaysia through Agoda, at 1285.70 myr some months ago and the receipt said I'll be charged in the Singapore equivalent of it towards the day.
so I just got charged s$408.01 which seems to make the Agoda exchange rate quite different. I know there's bank charges and spread and all but is it supposed to be so different?
the exchange rate today is 1sgd = 3.31 myr, which directly translated should cost around 387.97 before the bank charges and all which I think shouldn't be that much?
is it supposed to be this way?
