And Point 3 tells us that 380,000 PMEs jobs are created. But we had 393,700 foreign PMETs in 2019, and 351,100 in 2020. Does that mean that in 2019, FT took some PMET jobs from SC & PR? And that in 2020, SC & PR took back a few PMET jobs because some EP and Spass were canceled that year?
