Use airbnb to book hotel. Doneed to pay so much to the hosting website . Still can use the referral discount

haha where got old bird. but true right hotel over there are cheap and they got housekeeping service room service etc.

Hotel not that expensive in bangkok compared to Hong Kong.
5 Stars hotel such as VIE and Hotel Muse, good location and super luxury room, can be as low as 120 per nite ....

Pratunam 3 stars hotel abt 40+ per nite or sometimes even lesser
Lower your expectations if you stay those hotels

In groups, airbnb actually cheaper. Solo, some boutique hotels might be cheaper. Comes down to location already.

baiyoke boutique, grand alpine, watergate hotel, bangkok city inn...
sometimes abt 30+ per nite L

Hotel.. Easy choice in Bangkok when prices is low. Plus selection in abundance.

Personally I would still prefer hotel ....
Unless if going alone, can stay cheaper hotel such as tune hotel which is near asoke bts, near shopping mall, terminal 21 ...
abt 50+ per nite ...

else can stay further but near bts, such as d56 suites ...
think per nite is abt 40+ ...
or u can try pratunam some 3 stars hotel, abt 30+ per nite ..
but give urself lower expectations in such hotels ...
