Very strictly speaking, airport and government tax is just $66.20. The rest is fuel surcharge.
It is sort of understood to lump everything under taxes, and I don't find their agent very knowledgeable about airline stuff. Booked a group tour with them and asked about fare class so I can check on mileage accrual, was simply retorted with a "it is not mileage accruable and you cannot find it one lah" attitude. Well, not all mileage programs are equal and some programs do give some miles for that particular fare class.
As per mentioned above by others, please check the prices with booking via JAL website directly, you might be paying like $30 extra just by going through a travel agency. They might have special rates for hotels, but unlikely for free and easy air tickets.
