I believe most places are fine except Owakudani still cannot go. But Owakudani is the highlights for Hakone at least for me.

Is it still possible to enjoy onsen areas/hotels in hakone without going to Owakudani? Are the roads from Tokyo to Hakone area still accessible tk tourists? Planning to go there last week of Dec 2015. Thanks!

Just owakudani area and that stretch of ropeway is closed. Others still open.
