It's already done for a few months but nobody rent it yet.
85 shop units with 31 restaurants, until now only has 4 confirmed tenants.
1 low budget tiny nail shop
1 low budget tiny saloon
1 tiny money changer counter
Gain city took the largest units yet, i tink two combine as one
I think sure hong kan cause last time Anchorpoint next door had a best denki and was totally and absolutely dead.
The drive in is damn ******* bad, near to the accident prone cross junction, road will be congested.
There's no MRT within walking distance.

Around this vicnity, got over 5 bakeries/pastry shops just at anchorpoint itself.
So many famous hawkers, famous ikea restaurant beside, and a couple more at anchorpoint, so FnB sure super competitive.
Sports equipment, can't fight QWSC.
Furniture shop can't fight Ikea.
Sell shoes can't fight Petro and Charles and Keith budget shop at anchor point.
Sell clothes, now everyone prefer buy from H&M, Uniqlo, etc.
Anchorpoint already has a supermarket and there's a wet market nearby.
Can't open mass products like Daiso since the population here is little.
Heard the rent is super exp.
I think eventually will become like Concorde or Holiday Inn open massage parlors.
Saw a few units already on auction.
