One bernam which is 5 min walk away is transacting at $2600-2700 psf and they still have more than 100 units unsold.

And there are more than 1000 units upcoming in the area.
If freehold like Newport still ok. Not sure why delay launch until now. Can just hold long long and rent out if cannot sell. No ABSD

Skywaters resi location better and taller than Wallich. Gonna be the tallest resi skyscraper in SG (305m)

Bought Orchard sophia, obviously he never heed the advice of the experts here, i wouldnt dare to let him manage my funds, bought condo just for swanky image, 1st floor, CCR where premium is much higher vs other DG resale, crossing all wrong boxes

Wonder why agent never advised him. 1 bedder at ground floor is super hard to exit, and thats assuming no PES or patio.

High premium vs its resale peers plus high entry price is red flag

Just need look at Hau on Handy and performance of Mount Sophia over 10 years can estimate potential of this area

Must give credit for his hard work in insurance line though, not easy to build up a 20K recurring income at 25

Hau got 10+ units asking for $3k psf in subsale, see got chance anot

This TMW Maxwell will have possible fire sale in future ?.. or make into service apartments if can’t sell out?
