Altering clothes

Anyone knows of any reliable and cheap place to alter clothes such as shirt and cardigan in the vicinity of pioneer mrt/jurong west?

Also what's the standard procedure the talior would do when you approach him to alter your clothes?

Couple of seamtress at Nanyang market at Blk 965 vincinity.

Used them for minor alterations only.

Tell them what u need done, take measurements and put down the clothes in a bag you can id. They tend to mix up clothes. They will issue a paper with a number for collection fee days later.

The CCK bus interchange aunty not bad for polo t and jeans alterations.

I've a few pieces of clothings which needs some alterations but don't know where to alter it.
