AMD CPU VS Intel

I am looking to build a new rig.. but I'm not sure

i5-4670 or K A10 6800K

I dun want something too ex.. on a budget here.. of course looking to pair it with a Graphics Card

No point getting an A10 with a graphics card. Its meant to be used with its integrated gpu. It also seems that HWC people likes intel a lot more than an APU build.

Its not about loving Intel and hating AMD... AMD (as per local market) just fails to price their APU as competitively as they should be compared to US market.

Core i5-4440 will do.

Btw ts the apu is a different league to compare. Wanna compare can compare FX cpus instead.

Not unless you go for parallel computing and wants a mobo with features packed then you can think about amds cpu.

Maybe.. I check all the current prices for anything even the lowest bundle at 300 .. -_- ... wat happened .. price increase so fast.. I though it would drop somehow.
Price never increase, rather the other way round happened. :spin:

Core i5 combo @ $271 is already the cheapest possible to date.

Price all along has been like that.

Only haswell based reduced by a small $3-$5 since launch

Ivy has been selling at this price for a long time already.

depending on your usages... i3 is enough for most...
