AMD Processor faulty

Hi all. My AMD Phenom II X4 965 processor one pin broke, the product still under warranty according to the date of receipt.

I tried calling the AMD manufacturing hotline 67969888 but the lady keep transfer my call to techincal support at Suzhou (lol?)....

I saw the web it say that broken pin is not under warranty. If I want to get my chipset to be repair, how much does it cost and where can it be done?
