-Tower desktop (2 harddisks, 3PCI slots, AMD Radeon R9 200 Series, 16gb ram)

You need to find out how much power these appliances draw, using a power meter or something. If you don't have, estimate by checking the maximum power it consumes in watts, then find a suitable capacity for it.

Power consumption of both your LCDs + PSU of your desktop.
Multiply by 2, and that's the UPS capacity you may be looking at.
