My parents like to watch youtube on their phone and then blast loudly on speakers, is the best long term solution is using a headset? What is the most comfortable and airy material for the ears of the headset so that your ears won't get itchy and sweaty in our kind of weather? Thanks!

ZNT $19.90 wireless headphones...

never do that. i bought one for my mom next minute she lost it, more over they can't judge when the thing need to charge.

just buy any one non in-ear wired type.

those in-ear ones you call them they don't know.

Need to buy over the ear and something that has a thick cable. I passed my MIL my Sennheiser's my wife bought me and she kept winding the cable tight around the headphones and now they no longer work!

I don't know if there is a specific sort of headset for elderly. I think at the end of the day, it still boils down to individual preference. If you think they are blasting it too loudly, then perhaps telling them may be the better solution than just buying them a headset and expect that they will automatically change their habit.

All elderly like to blast speakers

It's better for TS to buy wireless headphones / ear buds for himself to use

Exactly my point. Although I won't say all, but generally the older generation prefer to not have anything stuck in their ear. So rather than buying a supposed headset for elderly, its better that you speak and check with them before wasting your money on a product that they will not use.
