Any HR expert on outpatient sick leave?

My outpatient sick leave is till 14 January 2022
But company ask me to go back to work next Monday because

My MC did not stated that I am unfit for work??

Don't think it is legal to ask u to go back to work. Best check with MOM

Paid outpatient sick leave​

To qualify for paid sick leave, you must be certified to be unfit for work by a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Registration Act or Dental Registration Act.


Since you on sick leave means you are certified to be unfit for work. No need to explicitly say so.
