If cable length <= 5meters, just buy ugreen/vention hdmi2.1 cable.

Need DLSS or next gen gpu to hit/utilise 4k120hz and above.
with hdmi 2.1 cable, you will see
ALLM/VRR/10bit/120hz at display properties / gsync premium on tv screen.
hit remote green button multiple times - a small windows will show vrr information
