I use dwarf but soso only.

we never play fate. I reach the inner region but got killed by the werewolf inside.

Dwarf is very powerful in the late game going the craft route.

Druid ability may seem useless but it's powerful over a long gamr

Prophetess ability is just insane.

Bard, troll, warrior ability is also good off the top of my head
