Any traders having issues with Moomoo Desktop app?

I'm an aspiring day-trader and I've been using Moomoo's desktop app as my trading platform since Jan 2025.
There was an update at ~5AM on 7 Mar which I installed. There was next to nothing in the Change Log on their official website.

I was therefore taken by total surprise when I took an opening range breakout trade on 7 Mar, and a key staple of the usual trading process was entirely removed with no heads up whatsoever. The trade went against me, and I was down USD $400+ almost immediately before being able to exit the position.

I reached out to their Customer Service team immediately. I got 2 things:
1. Confirmation that the announcement of changes was limited to the non-existent, useless announcement on their website listed above
2. They would feedback to their Product team, and have someone get back to me. It has not happened whatsoever.

I am contemplating a report against them to CASE, or maybe even the Small Claims Tribunal, but would like to hear from any fellow traders, or anyone with better advice on how to proceed? I am including a link to a screenshot to the module that was removed without any advanced notice for reference here.

You are not saying things clearly. Its possible u r lousy trader thats when enter immediately lose money le ma, i also always like that. Buy what lose what.
