Anybody reject promotion?

Always wonder why so many people hentak kaki at same level.

As i grow older than i realise why. After a certain level, u confirm need to ot everyday like a normal thing. Maybe is not nobody can go up, but rather nobody wants to.

1) Say want to henta taki the same rank but keep getting promoted
2)Say want to henta taki the same rank but when promoted , throw letter and left

After a certain level. You need to take ownership and most likely get chop after certain event..

reject once and you'll never get promoted again...other side effects include stagnant salary and poor bonus

it is also possible your responsibility will be more since you are still a senior ... tanking similar roles as if you are higher rank but without the pay increase

Pay increase more important than taking more responsibility. If the role pay scale allows to grow further why want to take more responsibility?
