must be rental lah...
previously before reno... I hearsay from other hawkers ... S11 there.. rental close to 10k$...
but that location very prime.. especially so in another 2yrs... when the BTO build finish..

Damn full damn satisfied meal from nguan express 88..
$1.90 chicken rice add broccoli add chicken liver + $3 bitter gourd soup. = $7.40.
One huge tub of soup filled to the brim.
Three big ribs & many pieces of bitter gourd. A little salty IMO..But still very ok.

Today the usual jiejie not there...
Change someone else... Resulting in a long queue.
The male staff I think is boss... Face black black angry with newbie jiejie.

overall a 10mins queue.. but worth it.
