Recently, whenever I get a Windows update (my computer automatically updates), it creates problems.
One eg, my computer will say that I don't have Java Flash.
Then I cannot trade online.

So I have to do a system restore.

Any other way to solve this problem?

What problems/errors are you getting? Pls be specific so we can tell if its Windows Update or some other issue. No problems with Win Update on my end, I have 4 systems.

Windows does not install Flash or Java for you. You can get it here:
Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player
https://java.com/getjava‎
Actually, I HAVE Java Flash.
But when Windows updates, then suddenly, I don't have flash. When I go to any site where they need Flash, I get message saying that I don't have flash.

So I do system restore to an earlier time/ date, and then everything is ok temporarily. Then Windows updates again, and I get the same problem. I'm on Windows 7.
