Just experience about being asked why I never bother setting up my apple pay when I'm using both iPhone and Apple Watch.

Anyone know if its actually safe to store cc info in apple pay? can share some experience please. I never tried til now coz I'm bit skeptical about security specially uploading / storing cc info.

:p ya saw the reddit on that explaination... I was bit embarassed when some cashier told me :p using apple watch and iiphone yet not utilizing apple pay haha...

always paranoid putting my cc info online and from explaination it seems apple pay doesn't upload any info but stayed in your phone + encrypted.

I normally prefers paypal payment. Never even setup my OCBC and POSB pay yet.

Think you’re being a little too paranoid. I’ve been using it since it was launched here in SG and I’ve no issues with it whatsoever.

nothing to worry at the moment, apple pay seems most secured.
I have been using it from day 1 in SG using DBS CC or POSB CC.

you can get a credit card or debit card with lower balance if you are worried on the risk.

It is actually more secure than using the real card when you shop at retail outside. Your card details never passed to the payment terminal, only the virtualised / tokenised credit card info is passed.

Paypal does not have 2fa if you don’t realise yet, strange that you feel that it is more secure than Apple Pay.

Been using Paypal since early 2007 with no issues so far so I'm feel comfortable using it.

I actually just tried using Apple Pay with my apple watch really was convenient double-tap payment haha
