I have never see them at other places in sg thou.
I did pass by that area several times...the woman looked to be in her mid 40s and spoke with a heavy Tiong accent with the FLG yellow shirt.
There was once I passed by one weekday afternoon and she was there chatting up 1 girl in Jurong JC uniform who seemed to be listening attentively to her and looking at the pictures while her hand was holding some booklets or brochures which was given to her by the lady.
I was waiting for someone near that area so that girl stood there with her for about 40 minutes and left with her after that.
Just to finish it off....I went for a meal at nearby MCD at JCube with the person that I was waiting for after running some errands and spotted the JJC girl sitting with the lady beside my table.Can vaguely hear what they were talking about over some shakes and fries.
When we left after 45 mins to an hour later,they were still there and the lady was doing most of the talking while gesturing with her hands some weird movements and asked the JC girl to try imitating her in doing the hand movements which she followed.
It happened back in 2010....Remembered that clearly cos I met someone to collect my wedding invitation cards.
