Graduates (i.e. now 3SG) from those school(s) pass out and take up the role of a junior nco leader.

However, they can be posted to a variety of vocations.

It's basically a sandwich rank with no real authority but lotsa saikang responsibilities....mai lah....

Junior NCOs are basically in supervisor position. Stuck in between the workers and the managers, treated as the bad guys and enforcers by the respective parties.

And also have to be in the deep together with the workers, while having more responsibilities from the top. No due glory, not for the faint of heart.
