Its been a long stay away for me from HWZ. Starting to come back here.

Me and my wife had been going thru the TR90 - 90 days transformation program. Basically its suppose to help in losing body fats and gaining muscle, aka body shaping, instead of the usual weight loss program in a spa or slimming centre costing huge $$$.

I just want to find out how many people here did the program and got results or what did u do, in terms of diet, protein servings, etc ...

I am trying to gather tips or important stuff I may have missed out, as my wife is not seeing any 'visible' results when I myself have good results and I can't figure out why ... trying to troubleshoot from people who had taken or been on the program and have results ... please share with me, or email me also can

Your wife has been eating above calorie maintenance. The program involves a meal replacement shake, some greens supplement and some other pills that has to be taken prior to meals.

It also involves a food journal.

Share that food journal with us(or me personally) and we can point out why she isn't losing weight.

Lol 2k. I would prefer ppl spend that money on a good PT. Hell you could spend half that amount and get better results. My guess is that your wife is eating more than she should be. If that is not the case, it is important to examine her dietary habits prior to the weight loss program. Did she crash diet for a long period of time?

Overeating? Don't think so, she eats less than me.

According to TCM, needs to 'adjust' the body, something like that, so she temporary stopped.

We don't follow the 2 protein servings because we are not exercising that much or that intense, so eating too much protein just adds weight, so we stick to 1 protein serving per meal only, of course our veggie and fruit intake can go up.

I tried PT with Zen at California Fitness, 7 years ago, costs me $70/hr exclude GST. I took up 20 classes so u work out how much its costs me. I'm still a member but stopped PT after my last lesson. That time I paid $300 roughly per month for 12 months, then I pay nothing for 2nd and 3rd year, from my 4th year onwards, I just need to pay $77 per year to be a member. I exercise very frequent time but i did lose but put back on. Exercise alone is not the only answer, food also. So its a combi. For my wife, i think i let the TCM treat her first.

A lot of people said they don't have result when they took Tr90, but did u guys get result?

consuming over her daily calorie maintenance might arise from consuming calorie-dense food. The type of food she eats also affects her weight loss.

We don't follow the 2 protein servings because we are not exercising that much or that intense, so eating too much protein just adds weight, so we stick to 1 protein serving per meal only, of course our veggie and fruit intake can go up.

Eating too much of anything can also "add weight". But Protein is the least macronutrient that would contribute to fat gain. I would say it is practically impossible.

Which means that the odds of protein being converted to fat in any quantitatively meaningful fashion is simply not going to happen. Certain amino acids are processed to a great degree in the liver (as I discuss in The Protein Book) and this can produce glucose, ketones and a few other things. But triglycerides (the storage form of ‘fat’) isn’t one of them.

you need to give more info about
1) her weight/height
2) what she eats(specifically for breakfast/lunch/dinner)
3) her activity level

honestly the main success for TR90 is that foodlog..all the other supplements are just that. supplements.
