Any feedback on the customer service experience?

I am thinking of doing a bit of travel in the future and might want a ATM card that can easily access multiple locations.

I know DBS/OCBC/UOB has many ATMs in Singapore, whereas foreign retail banks in Singapore have restrictions on number of branches and ATM but conversely, the big 3 local banks gave fewer retail presence overseas.

Why not get a Revolut or Transferwise card? That way you can withdraw money and pay at market exchange rates.
