Some people tell me no need hit the minimum sum is ok. Some people say need. So how ah?
All I know is if i never hit the minimum sum at 55 years old, I can only draw out $5k. then the rest of OA and SA they put into RA. But if I still never hit by 65 years old then how? I still get payout or no?
