Just ignore anything and everything that may even seem legit. Like this should be safe

Nowadays this is dangerous as the "second level authentication" only needs you to enter your app and press a button, or some don't even need to press.

Luckily DBS app lags so much I can't even press, use SMS all the time.

The problem is when gahment behaves like that, then citizens will think is normal. Most effective way of scamming is still to phone call people and say they kena fine or medical bill from MOH.
