Go to Hour Glass... they can give discount if you know someone... and they always have tie-up with credit card company (last time I know was DBS) so you can pay interest free installment.

if u need to pay for a rolex through installments...then it probably mean u cant afford it and should not buy it. Anyway if u are really keen - u can take a trip down to KL and get it from the hour glass over there. Its about 10% cheaper before the tax refund.
